Ready for something new to do at home? How about host a jewelry party?
It’s easy and fun! Simply put, I display my jewelry in your home on a day of your choice, you invite your friends, family and co-workers over for them and you to browse through my selection of one-of-a-kind jewelry and beads, and in the end you receive free jewelry for helping me show my art to new customers! (The amount depends on how successful the party was, and you get to choose from a selection of jewelry) You and all of your friends, family and co-workers can have a great time trying on all kinds of different jewelry at your own pace, without having to go to the mall. Since I always carry my tools and beads with me, I can customize anything anyone wants.
You don’t have to prepare anything, that’s my job. If you have a couple of tables to lend me for the event, that’d be appreciated, otherwise I bring all of my own displays and equipment. You only have to inform people of the upcoming event. The amount of time I’d spend at your house would be about 2-3 hours prior to the showing, the actual “open” hours, and about 1 hour afterwards. It helps a lot if I can see the room I’ll be working in before the jewelry party date, or get the dimensions and a picture of the room and tables available. I’m willing to host jewelry parties in Wilkie, Unity and surrounding areas, and North Battleford if there will be a decent amount of people attending the event. I can host for those who live further, but there will be a fee for fuel and time on the road. As for costs, you end up getting to view hundreds of pieces of jewelry in your own home and end up with free jewelry. It doesn’t cost you anything, except for some jewelry that you might end up purchasing!
I’ve been making jewelry for the last 4 years and own thousands of beads; gemstones, pearls, glass, metals, woods, shells, and clay beads. I currently have over 350 pieces of jewelry for sale. Most of them are necklaces, the rest are bracelets, earrings, bookmarks, keychains, cat/dog neckaces and hair decoration and they all come in a great variety of styles. I also have a wide selection of beads and pendants for sale.
In April 2009 I’ll be moving to Ontario to work on a sailboat with my husband. Once the repairs and renovations are done, we’ll be living on it and will sail the world! I’ll be bringing my jewelry business with me and will continue to take orders and sell jewelry online, but there’s not much time left to book for a jewelry party.
